The Telewest hub site at Liverpool is 3 No-Break KS @ 1750 kVA configures in a Delta connection downstream with isolation chokes between DRUPS modules and loads.  These are special chokes allowing for a reduction fault level downstream whilst providing the benefits of parallel operations to the load.  Should a high short circuit occur on one load then this is removed from service allowing the other two loads to continue without disturbing the voltage parameters beyond ± 3%

The SYNCHROTRON of Grenoble needs, to maintain the particle beam, accelerated to the speed of light, on a perfect, stable orbit and precise at ± 1 micron; a perfect electric power supply excluding any voltage drop higher than 5%. The "NO-BREAK KS"® system matches perfectly. Installed capacity is 10*1000 KVA No-Break KS in parallel operating at 20 KV.

Small footprint of "NO-BREAK KS"® allows to fit UPS everywhere as in London City at the top of Cazenove and Co Building, where a "NO-BREAK KS"® secures critical and non critical load.
